I can’t believe how effective my plan is and I am really enjoying it. My energy levels are through the roof and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on my favourite foods.
I have gained PBs for both half marathon and 10k distances and am working towards my next goal. Mat has been nothing but supportive throughout, encouraging me when things get tough, being there whenever I have any questions or concerns and even cheering me on from the sidelines at races.
