By signing a coaching proposal you hereby release and forever discharge ‘Mat Mummery - Online Coaching’ from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law and/or equity stemming from the below agreement between the mentioned parties from the beginning of the world to the end of the world.
- Client acknowledges and is fully aware that ‘Mat Mummery - Online Coaching’ is not a medical doctor or registered dietician.
- Client acknowledges and is fully aware that ‘Mat Mummery - Online Coaching’ is only providing recommendations.
- Client acknowledges that before beginning, implementing and/or using any and all of Mat Mummery's recommendations, that the client should consult a medical doctor.
- Client acknowledges and is fully aware that ‘Mat Mummery - Online Coaching’ cannot and does not offer any guarantees and will not offer refunds.
- You may extend or freeze your payments for between 1-12 months for any of the following reasons:
